Monday August 8 - Day 137

I barely even know what to say about this workout.  I had a stressful day at work (it was payroll Monday) so I was ready for an ass kicking from The Trainer.  Little did I realize exactly how badly my ass would get kicked!

100 cal on bike
100 sit ups
100 squats
5 stair runs
2 rounds

Of course, stairs and bike kill my lungs as it is, added with the other stuff and two rounds of it, I was done for.  I think I left a lung inside that basement gym.  Really.  I'm fairly certain I did.

When I saw the workout, I laughed and said "What the hell?  You hate me today?" and his response was something about trying to get me to quit smoking again.  I told him he might succeed.

After the workout?  He definitely succeeded.  I've set a new quit date.  I figure it's either quit smoking or quit working out.  I'm not willing to quit working out.

I need some ibuprofen!
