Friday - August 5 - Day 136

I gave The Trainer a hard time about forgetting to send me workouts quite a bit and we laughed as I left.  I told him I would text him today for another ass kicking session and he said he was always happy to hand them out.

Today, he did not disappoint with that ass kicking (again).

5 stair runs
20 squats
50 alt v ups
3 rounds - fast

I ended up doing Russian twists instead of the alt v ups.  The shoulder does like the whole stretching up and out yet and my abs could hardly stand the thought of sit ups, so I did the twists instead.

I'm exhausted.  My legs hurt, my abs hurt and my butt hurts (from the bike yesterday I think).  Now to enjoy my two days off.
