Tuesday was a bit of a blur, I remember doing something that he sent, I just can't remember what! I know it had 100 calories on the bike and 100 squats. I fussed at him for giving me such crappy stuff after I had barely gotten any sleep the night before. I received no sympathy. *sigh*
I didn't work out on Wednesday due to having a migraine and being home and in bed by 3pm.
Today, I never heard back from him so I did
75 calories on the bike
and then
50 sit ups
50 squats
50 jump rope
2 rounds
and then 25 more calories on the bike
I made it a pretty fast workout due to having to change and clean up to get ready for the Pegasus Parade that a bunch of us rode in on one of the fire trucks. It was fun.
Hopefully I hear from him tomorrow with a workout and I won't have to make one up myself!
