Monday May 2 - Day 95

Getting close to 100 days of doing the workouts!  While it's been since December, when I'm counting the days I don't count off days or rest days, so I've worked out 95 days (as of today) in the last 4 months.  How cool is that?  I'm quite pleased with my progress and the results that I'm seeing and feeling.

50 cal on bike
10 tricep dips
20 lunges
30 squats
40 sit ups
3 rounds

Argh!  It looks fairly simple on paper, but trust me when I say it is not.  It was NOT easy.  My wrists barely held me up for the tricep dips and I used the bench instead of the parallel bars!  Definitely need to strengthen the wrists!

The squats and lunges made me pukey - as I expected upon seeing them in the workout The Trainer sent me.  Hate those things now!  I used to like squats; until I hurt my shoulder and it seems to be the only thing I can do that doesn't hurt the shoulder lol

I've gone all day without a cigarette.  Here's to Day 1 of my rollercoaster ride #eleventy billion.
