Monday April 11 - Day 82

I forgot to post this yesterday!  I don't know if I'll get to work out today, my car is in the shop and I'm burning vacation time from work while I sit here at home hoping and praying it's nothing major or expensive.

I didn't hear back from The Trainer yesterday, so I did:
4 stair runs
100 sit ups
50 squats
4 stair runs

It was just enough to get me a nice workout that I'd feel for a bit and the stairs kicked my butt just like I needed.  I have two cigarettes left and have no plans of buying more.  We'll see!  Those stairs kill me and if I want to keep running them or doing these workouts with full benefits, I need to quit again.  Period.
