My shoulder didn't give me too much of a problem today. It got a little achey near the end of the work day, so I took some ibuprofen and did some stretching - which seemed to help.
I also made sure to do some stretching before my workout....
25 sit ups
25 alt v ups
25 Russian twists
25 supermans (this is best described at this link)
4 stair runs
4 rounds
I truly think he is upset with me after yesterday and today with the stair runs. Holy tons of stair runs! I did give him permission, verbally, to add in stair runs each workout to remind me why I was trying to quit smoking in the first place. He's pretty much held up his end of the bargain to do that.
Now to enjoy my two days of rest before having to run stairs again!
