Thursday June 7 - Day 300

Day 300!  Holy crap, how time flies when you're having fun!

15 minute AMRAP

10 v ups
10 sit ups
10 jump squats
10 burpees

I did 9 burpees short of a full 6 rounds.  Burpees make me want to puke.  Especially 50 of them in less than 15 minutes.
