Wednesday April 4 - Day 271
I didn't hear from him on Wednesday, so I made something up:
10 jumping pull ups
10 ring rows
10 push ups
10 jump squats
7 rounds
I kicked my own butt! I ended up skipping yesterday and today I was off work so I didn't work out.
