Monday April 23 - Day 280

My motivation for working out has been flailing lately.  There's been a lot of stress in my life the last few weeks and instead of embracing what I know will help me through it, I've kind of isolated and avoided things.  I've forced myself to workout the few times that I have the last few weeks.  I made a promise to myself I'd change that this week.

10 burpees
20 v ups
30 Russian twists
40 squats
50 lunges
3 rounds

It was too terrible, but it kicked my ass accordingly.  Which is exactly what I needed.
