I subbed a few things and changed it up a bit. I did sit ups instead of v ups. After the push ups, my shoulder did not like the whole stretching up and forward for the v ups so I subbed those. I also broke the 100's into 3 or 4 different rounds so that I could make sure to get all 100 of each exercise in. On the last 8 stair runs - I only ran 6.
