Who knew I would end up needing this workout horribly by the end of the day? Got some pretty funky news that made me livid. Actually seeing red over some of it. So glad he sent me an ass kicking I needed.
50 squats
50 lunges
50 Russian twists
5 stair runs
3 rounds - fast
I did it in 37:27. It kicked my freaking ass! And I loved every second of it! Anger, frustration and disbelief fueled my workout and I freaking loved it. Now if I could just channel all that frustration for all of my workouts, I'd really push myself!
