Oh boy. I'll premise this by saying that my first response to this workout when he sent it, was "oh thank God I haven't smoked today" or something like that. I then laughed and told him I have no words.

100 alt v ups (actually did Russian twists on this one)
100 cal on bike
Ummm...ouch. I'm still smoke free. Day 1 is almost over and I'm ready to go to bed right now.
