I never heard back from The Trainer - figures! He's making a habit of that. I was over it pretty quickly though once I finished the part of payroll we were there to do.
I made up a quick one for myself.
10 wall push ups
20 lunges
30 squats
40 sit ups
4 rounds
then 5 stair runs
I ended up doing 3 stair runs and I was done! He's back to work tomorrow so I can fuss at him for forgetting me so much AND get a workout from him - all in one day.
