He kind of went easy on me today. I don't want to tell HIM that though, so I hope he's not reading this. I don't think he knows it exists, but if he does - I'm totally kidding! You did not go easy on me.

Pfft. Those twists just hurt my back. I adjust how I'm sitting and try to get into the proper position, but it eventually still hurts. The bike? I fucking hate it. I'd rather run 5 stair runs than do 100 cal on the bike. Seriously!
