Friday July 8 - Day 126

I gave myself a few hours before posting here because it was disgusting and I wanted to hurt someone when I was done.  lol  Specifically, I wanted to hurt The Trainer.  I so hated him for a minute.

10 stair runs
100 cal on bike
100 sit ups
100 squats

DIED.  I'm certain I died at some point in the stair runs lol  Obviously, I'm being sarcastic and exaggerating quite a bit.  But it was hard, I don't remember sweating that much in a workout in quite some time.  It was awesome on one level and crappy on the next!

Now to enjoy my two days rest before he kicks my ass again on Monday.
