In my never ending quest to make sure I do something every single day, I went down to the gym at 4pm, fiddled around a bit while I chatted with the guys and then....
100 calories on the bike
100 squats
2 stair runs
And then I realized I didn't want to do stair runs today because tomorrow I'll be running stairs as the main "portion" of my carido workout.
7 days, people! 7 days until I go to the specialist so I can wait some more for either a MRI or to get into physical therapy. Or both. But at least I will have gotten some face time with a shoulder doctor.
