Thursday May 26 - Day 109

I skipped the workout yesterday due to inclement weather.  I felt the need to come home and prepare rather than run steps and make myself sick! lol

Today, I lost my temper twice at work, so in order for me to leave it in the building, so to speak, I did:

2 stair runs
40 calories on the bike
40 sit ups
2 stair runs
40 calories on the bike
40 sit ups
2 stair runs
20 calories on the bike
20 sit ups

So for the bike and sit ups, I did a total of 100 each and the stairs totaled 6 runs.  Felt good doing it and felt even better when I finished.

Tomorrow, I'm going to kick my butt too with an older workout The Trainer gave me awhile ago.  I probably won't be able to walk well for the weekend, but that's alright.  I'll be doing nothing but homework except when I go to dinner with a friend on Saturday.
