I just did 150 calories on the bike on Tuesday. I had a hair appointment at 5:15 and I knew I did not want to be sitting in my funky sweat for 3 hours while she did my hair and we bullshitted!
Today, I made it up again cause The Trainer was out doing training, so I couldn't harass him for a workout.
50 calories on the bike
50 squats
50 sit ups
50 calories on the bike
40 squats
40 sit ups
40 calories on the bike
30 squats
20 sit ups
The sit ups hurt my shoulder a bit today, so I took it easy on everything. While this may look like it was hard, for some reason I feel like I half assed it. It took me 40 minutes to complete.
Tomorrow, I'm going to do nothing but cardio, so that means I'll be bitching about the stairs and the bike I'm sure!
