Friday April 13 - Day 276

Had a pretty stressful week, so I'm kinda glad (in a twisted sort of way) that he only went easy on me one day this week.

2 stair runs
50 shoulder press
2 stair runs
50 jump squats
2 stair runs
50 v ups
2 stair runs
50 jump ropes

It looks worse on paper then when I was actually doing it.  I kinda like these kinds of workouts.  Kicks my butt, doesn't take forever to get it done and feel like I got a good workout.

Although my shoulders are not digging it the day after, I liked this workout.  I also tweaked my left ankle a bit and it's off and on sore since then.  Taking it easy this weekend.
