The first workout of 2012 was an interesting 30 minutes. I'll let you know I did not finish it all there at the gym at work. Someone in the gym with me was bathed in cologne and I started to have an asthma attack, so I left. I finished it when I got home.
20 minute AMRAP
2 stair runs
10 db thrusters (15# each hand)
10 ring rows
I did 5 full rounds + 2 stair runs.
And then:
50 V ups
50 Russian twists
3 rounds
I did one full round at the gym at work and then left. I finished the other two rounds here at home.
